General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and petron99 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the petron99 platform, you expressly indicate your agreement to all terms stated in this document.

petron99 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest updated version.

Account Registration

To use petron99 services, users are required to register a valid account. During the registration process, users must provide truthful, accurate and complete information including full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, active mobile number and a valid email address.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the petron99 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is a serious breach of terms and will result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

• False registration information will result in the account being suspended or closed.
• petron99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to periodic review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

petron99 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent value based on the current rate for digital asset payments.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

petron99 offers various types of promotions and bonuses to registered users. All bonuses given are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value — in this example, RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 must be wagered before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,600, the bonus is RM1,500 (total balance RM3,100) with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on the petron99 platform.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users.
• petron99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Misuse of promotions, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited.

The petron99 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers different benefits including weekly cashback — from 0.2% for Bronze up to 1.2% for Diamond members. Tier eligibility is determined based on the user's overall wagering activity.

Game Rules

The petron99 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack and 4D lottery. Each game category may have its own specific additional rules that users must follow.

• The use of offensive, abusive or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform is prohibited.
• Fraud, manipulation and collusion between users are serious offences that will result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to hack, attack or disrupt the petron99 system is prohibited and subject to legal action.
• Users are not permitted to disclose the personal information of other users obtained through the platform.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

petron99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Such causes include but are not limited to breaches of terms, fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity or at the user's own request.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the petron99 customer support team. Before an account is closed, users are required to complete all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining balance in the account.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to receive any bonuses or refunds.
• Balances in accounts closed for valid reasons (not violations) will be returned to the user.
• Users who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform may contact support for assistance.

Liability Limits

petron99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activities on this platform. Users understand and accept that gambling involves real financial risk.
